Composition And Accuracy Grade Of Stamping Die

One, craft parts.

Parts that are directly formed by stamping materials during processing are called process parts and are divided into the following three categories

1) The working parts directly force the metal sheet to separate or deform parts such as punches, concave molds, convex and concave molds, etc.

2) Position the parts to determine the correct position of the rough forming stamping part in the stamping die. Such as positioning pins, positioning plates, stop pins, guide pins, guide plates, fixed distance side blades, side presses, etc.

3) The pressing, unloading and discharging parts that are convenient for production, such as the blank holder, ejector, ejector pin, push plate, push rod, scrap cutter, etc.

Second, auxiliary parts.

The parts that are not in contact with metal materials in the die work are called auxiliary parts and are divided into the following three categories:

1) Guide parts to guide the die in the positive direction to ensure that the upper and lower dies of the die are correctly closed. Such as guide sleeves, guide posts, guide plates, guide blocks, etc.

2) The supporting and clamping parts gather the die parts to form an integral part of the upper and lower molds, such as the upper and lower templates. The parts required to bear the working pressure of the convex and concave molds, such as backing plates, are all supporting parts. Clamping parts include fixed plates and mold handles.

3) Fastening parts and other parts including guide posts, knife edges and special parts attached to realize certain functions.
