Causes of stamping waste produced by metal stamping

1. The quality of raw materials is poor;

2. Improper installation, adjustment and use of the die;

3. The operator did not feed the strips correctly along the positioning or did not guarantee that the strips were fed in a certain gap;

4. Due to long-term use of the die, gap changes or wear of its working parts and guide parts;

5. Due to the impact and vibration of the die for too long, the loosening of the fastening parts causes the relative change of the installation positions of the die;

6. The operator's negligence and failure to follow the operating procedures.
